Cucina per due :D



Io e il mio micino oggi abbiamo assaggiato due ricettine nuove: pollo al curry con latte di cocco, e risotto alla melissa e menta. La melissa e la menta sono nell'orto e da due giorni mi girava in testa questa ricetta: così ho preso una cipollina l'ho sminuzzata, passata in tegame con un pò di burro e olio, poi spezzettato le erbette e versate insieme a diue pugnetti di riso e un pò di acqua... salato il tutto risultato delizioso...
Il pollo non è stato molto più complicato :) trovato il latte di cocco alla LIDL ho deciso di provarlo... e la ricetta che ho recuperato (santissimo web) comprendeva l'immancabile cipolla imbiondita, petto di pollo a pezzi, curry cumino e zenzero e a fine cottura, si versa un pò di latte di cocco. Dopo qualche minuto è commestibile e buonissimo!!!! Io e micio (si chiama Paride, dato che io sono Elena :D) siamo stati soddisfattissimi di entrambe le prove culinarie.
Ho finito la cena con un pò di pane arabo scaldato con marmellata e avvoltolato :) ne basta poca e mi toglie la voglia di dolce :D
